I think it was on the bbc a couple of years ago but I could be wrong. It was a film about his work including the roden crater in Arizona that he bought and built something on it. It talked about his 'Skyspaces' that he made amounst other things. If anyone remembers this and knows where I can watch it that would be great. Just post a link.
I would really appreciate it because I would like to see it again to refer to for my art course.

not sure it's the same, but I saw a film like what you describe last year in Wolfsburg, Germany. the museum was showing Turrell's Wolfsburg Project, and there was information about previous projects too. like a model of Roden Crater. and film. all mindblowing. you sure picked a great subject! try contacting the museum, I'm sure they know what you talk about. good luck
