You have awesome (and expensive) taste in fonts. The font is called Dollhouse. It was created by House Industries - they have some amazing fonts. Take a look at their fonts, but don't get too attached - some only come in font families and can run in the hundreds of dollars ;-)

hmmm this is a hard one and could be a custom font....
Whenever I am looking for a unique style, I go to www.fontfreak.com you may not find the exact font, but something similar. There are TONS of free fonts with different styles.

Why no longer in basic terms print that out and produce it to the tattoo parlor? they'll comic strip out "matt" in that kind and ask you what you think of. I dont think of they go via font names...Thats no longer a very troublesome font to entice...they might even have samples of alphabets you could examine out to examine it up. stable luck!
