If someone is posing for a camera or artist for a a picture that portraits the form, beauty, and shape of a body then it is fine art. Fine art is also not an act of sexual arousal, it is to show symetry, stlye and beauty. In Fine Art women and men do not get thier picture on the internet for everyone to see, and they do not get more money for how big thier breasts are. Pornography is an act of sexual arousal. It is for people to see other people nude so they can please thier sexual interests. That is the difference

I would say sexual arousal.
That, however, is different for every person, and somethings will arouse some while never arousin others.
That is why we should have no laws delineating what is porn and what is art.
If we must, place an age restriction on viewing nudity, but let's not be so naieve that it stays at 18.
Update:
So someone below believes that hardcore strap-on videos and lesbian video is not porn. They have defined porn as involving a penis and penetration, Cool.

I'm a professional photographer. If the picture is about shape, form, and beauty it's not porn. If it's about the person as sex then it is. Obviously pictures of any sexual acts are porn. Alot of the time the person isn't looking into the camera, for showing beauty.
